1、 Raw material preparation and mixing
Raw material composition
The core raw material is PVC resin powder, supplemented by plasticizers (such as phthalates), stabilizers (calcium zinc composite), calcium carbonate fillers, and lubricants.
Accurate measurement is required through an electronic scale, with an error controlled within ± 0.5%, to ensure formula consistency.
Mixed process
Hot mixing: The high-speed mixer is stirred at 100-120 ℃ for 5-10 minutes to allow the plasticizer to fully penetrate the resin and form a pre plasticized soft material.
Cold mixing: Quickly cool down to 40-50 ℃ to prevent clumping, and the mixed material should be in loose granular form.
2、 Extrusion molding
Equipment configuration
Adopting a twin-screw extruder (such as parallel and opposite direction twin-screw) with multi temperature zone temperature control (160-190 ℃) and torque monitoring function.
The design of the mold head needs to match the cross-sectional shape of the internal and external corners, commonly with T-shaped or L-shaped flow channel structures.
Plasticization process
The material undergoes three stages in the extruder: feeding, compression, and melting plasticization, and the melt pressure needs to be stable at 15-25MPa.
The screw speed is usually set at 200-400r/min, and the shear strength is adjusted according to the formula.
3、 Post processing and testing
Traction and cutting
After the extruded strip is water-cooled and shaped, it is pulled out at a constant speed by a tracked tractor and synchronously cut to a standard length (usually 2.5-3 meters).
Punching and laminating (optional)
Some production lines integrate high-speed punching units (such as Qingdao Jingke Equipment), with a punching frequency of up to 120 times per minute.
Decorative products may have additional UV coating or embossing processes.
Quality inspection
Online testing includes dimensional tolerance (± 0.2mm), surface defects (such as scratches, bubbles), and bending strength measurement (≥ 50MPa).
